Lou the Elusive Moose

A friend of mine once very badly desired to see a moose in the wild but despite many hours up North, this majestic creature consistently eluded her. So I created Lou the Elusive Moose for her. My friend now lives amongst sugar maples and wild animals and has seen many a wild moose and Lou happily lives with me, occupying a coveted spot in the sewing room, well-fed and overseeing many makes.

Pattern is Moose, designed by Susan B. Anderson. Lou’s sweater designed by me.
